OUTFIT – I’M IN A BLOGGER BATTLE!

Heyaaa, good morning! How are you? I just had the best weekend, some friends from allover Europe (whom I met back in Santa Barbara) stayed the weekend here to discover Amsterdam and we had so much fun! It was really great to finally see each other again after 8 months, felt like it was just a week ago. We’re already making plans for our next city trip, I can’t wait! Somewhere in Sweden, Switserland, Spain… I wouldn’t mind at all!

But, the exciting news I wanted to tell you – as you might have read on Instagram: I’m in a Blogger Battle at Follow Fashion. Together with two other bloggers we’ll get outfit assignments and you can vote for your favorite every week! The winner will become Blogger of the Month! So please, vote for me here! Haha :)

The first theme: Black and White. I chose for my skater skirt, which I haven’t worn in a while and with this lovely summer-like weather here last week it felt like the perfect occasion! Want to see how I combined it?

Black and white. It’s simple, yet super chic. You can never go wrong with these two, but still it doesn’t look boring. It gives every look an effortlessly chic touch. If you’re wearing a casual black jeans or a chic dress, it doesn’t matter. It’ll always look good!

Of course you can add some color if you feel like it, but in this look I think it isn’t necessary. It may be slightly overdressed to wear during the day, but if you combine it with a cool leather jacket and/or some sturdy biker boots your look will be totally casual/chic. Just the way I like! ;)

I really enjoy wearing outfits like these. I don’t wear skirts that often, so when I do I feel really feminine – especially paired with the heels. What do you like to wear most? I’m curious!
