Exactly two weeks ago you probably saw that Paulien (Polienne.com) and I were on the hunt for THE SS16 must haves and timeless pieces in the McArthur Glen Designer Outlet in Roermond… After visiting all of our favorite stores, such as Scotch & Soda, Mulberry (what a surprise… right?!), Sandro, Furla and many more… We picked out items two create 2 different looks with both timeless pieces and must haves that make you go crazy. And for those of you (including me before I had visited this outlet!) who thought you can’t find the latest trends in the outlet are WRONG!
My first look: Sandro leather jacket (timeless!), Strenesse striped tee, Furla silk scarf, Mulberry Lily bag, River Island baggy jeans, Sandro loafers.
In this outfit I have tried to create an effortless chic look. The timeless pieces combined with the scarf make you look like you’ve thought your look through, while the slouchy jeans and casual yet super cool shoes keep it very approachable. What I love most about it is the endless options to style it and occasions you can wear this to… What are your thoughts?
My must have buy: The leather Sandro jacket I was wearing in my first look… I put it on and it was love at first sight. I couldn’t leave the outlet before taking this one home with me! Everybody needs a simple biker jacket in their life.
My second look: Strenesse cropped pink jumper, Sandro skirt and Furla fluffy clutch bag
In this outfit I wanted to create a completely different vibe than in the first look, which I think I managed to do. This one is a lot more playful which makes it easier to wear. Although you would have to dare to go bare legged or in a skirt! If you know me well, you know I always LOVE to match my colors in every outfit. If I wear blue, you will see the details in the shoes, to the bag and my top. Here I did the same, the colors of the clutch are the same as my top and skirt. YAY or NAY?
